• Take primary responsibility for building and managing reporting systems and data marts for business teams (BD, FA); collaborate with technical teams (BE, AI) to ensure continuous data collection, storage, and processing for analytics and AI applications. • Participate in researching and implementing data strategies for personalized recommendation systems, optimizing based on project and product phases. • Analyze, visualize, and deliver data insights. • Understand data logic, process data, perform analysis, and create visualizations to support the project's reporting systems. • Collect data for the data warehouse, data mart, and feature store. • Collaborate with DE, BE, and AI teams to update data into the data warehouse, data mart, and feature store. • Work with the FE team to design user data logging systems, supporting the recommendation platform. • Research food recommendation systems. • Explore recommendation algorithms and their corresponding data complexity. • Propose suitable recommendation systems based on available data.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
Education • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent. • A background in Data Science, IT, or Computer Science is a plus. Experience • Minimum of 3 years in a Data Analyst role with strong experience in data exploration and analysis. • Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Metabase, PowerBI, Looker Studio, etc.). • Capable of working with large/complex datasets, strong in data storytelling and visualization. • Understanding and practical experience in applying basic machine learning models to solve business problems. • Experience with Spark, dbt, and building data models for ML/DL applications is a plus. Skills • Strong analytical thinking, able to summarize key points and provide feasible solutions. • Ability to present problems and solutions through documentation and diagrams. • Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies. • Good communication skills in both verbal and written formats, especially in explaining analytical results. • Effective teamwork across cross-functional roles and departments.
