Administration Administrative task Legal HR
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. - Support employee engagement: team activities, events, culture-building initiatives. - Manage HR operations: • C&B (compensation & benefits): payroll data, social insurance, PIT, leave tracking. • Labor contracts: prepare, sign, and update contracts, manage employee records. - Oversee office administration: suppliers, office supplies, logistics. - Be the point of contact for day-to-day employee support. - Work closely with founders to build HR & Admin processes that scale as the company grows.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, Admin, or People Operations (startup experience is a plus). - Knowledge of labor contracts, payroll, and basic HR regulations. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - A “get-things-done” mindset – proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
