Main Responsibilities: • Draft and post job adverts; screen CVs and coordinate interviews • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding schedules • Maintain and update personnel files in MISA AMIS (digital & paper) • Administer payroll data, verify timesheets, and manage benefits enrollment • Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and evaluate outcomes • Support performance appraisals and follow-up with managers • Process visa/permit documentation for expatriates and foreign staff • Prepare HR reports: headcount, turnover, and other HR analytics • Manage exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding procedures
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields • At least 3 years’ HR generalist experience (preferably in tourism/service industry) • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law & HR best practices • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS is a plus • Analytical mindset with ability to generate actionable HR insights • Good command of English (written & spoken) • Highly organized, service-oriented, discreet, and trustworthy • Positive, resilient, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude
