• Lead and execute recruitment activities: develop hiring plans, source and select candidates, especially for key positions and mass hiring. • Build, maintain, and manage employee relations: handle labor issues, grievances, disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with Vietnam labor laws. • Manage labor contracts, social insurance, and employee records with accuracy and compliance. • Coordinate with departments to support performance evaluation, compensation, and benefits (C&B) when required. • Contribute to improving HR policies to enhance employee engagement and retention. • Organize employee engagement activities, satisfaction surveys, and propose solutions to improve the working environment. • Prepare regular HR reports for management.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (HR Manager or equivalent). • Strong expertise in Recruitment & Employee Relations (ER) is mandatory. • Knowledge/experience in Compensation & Benefits, performance management is a plus. • Chinese is a plus (not mandatory). • Solid understanding of Vietnam labor law, with proven experience in handling labor relations cases. • Personal traits: Practical, reliable, responsible, decisive; capable of independently leading HR functions.
