- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and file employment contracts. - Oversee the probation period process, ensuring new employees are integrated effectively into the company. - Provide support for employee relations, addressing inquiries, and resolving labor disputes. - Assist in the formulation and updating of HR policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases. - Lead key HR operational projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Oversee and coordinate all procedures related to work visa applications.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- College degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, with a track record of managing teams. - Proficient in labor laws and regulations and HR management best practices. - Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. - Ability to work autonomously and as a team player. - Expertise in office software, particularly the Microsoft Office suite. - Good command of Chinese, both written and spoken.
