Job Overview The Warehouse Assistant is responsible in supporting the inbound and outbound operations of Eezee Logistics and Fulfilment team. Job Interactions & Interface: - This role interacts with internal staff: Logistics and Fulfillment team - This role reports to: Logistics and Fulfillment Manager Key Responsibilities - Receive, unpack, and check all incoming shipments. Conduct simple quality inspection and register inbound entry to system - Pick and pack inventory for outgoing shipments against delivery orders and any other related documentation. Register outbound entry to system. - Report and notify order processing team for all discrepancies in incoming or outgoing shipments. - Coordinate with transporter - Perform housekeeping duties to ensure our warehouse is kept tidy and clean - Manage monthly stock-taking - Perform any other ad-hoc warehouse duties that may be assigned
- At least 2 years working experience in warehouse operations - Computer literate and knows how to operate the basic MS office applications - Physically fit and understand the need to always apply safety gear (e.g., Safety Shoes) - Has initiative and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
