We’re scaling fast: 15M+ monthly views, $1M+ booked revenue, and one of the fastest-growing student communities in Vietnam. We found and built the first viral Threads playbook in Vietnam. Now we’re looking for people smarter and sharper than us to take it further. About the Role We’re looking for someone who can write better than anyone else. Not just viral threads or pretty captions - but writing that changes how people think, feel, and convert. You’ll learn from the best: Duolingo’s ex-VP of Growth, KOLs with >100M+ views, and other mentors who’ve scaled creative systems globally. Mission: Own Arrowster’s written voice to drive reach, saves, shares — and conversion. Write fast and clearly, test relentlessly, and turn wins into systems. What you’ll do - Own all written content for Arrowster across Threads, Facebook presence, and campaign scripts - Test relentlessly: rewrite, iterate, build writing system to scale what worked - Work closely with the Go-to-Market and Product teams to align narrative and growth
- Write fast, write clearly, and know exactly what makes people stop scrolling - Care about both numbers and nuance (you write to drive action, not just likes) - Want to grow in a team that treats content like a growth engine, not decoration
- Work directly with an international founding team (Harvard, Oxford) - Mentorship from Duolingo’s ex-VP of Growth and global operators - Competitive salary starting from 15-20M VND + KPI bonuses - Real startup velocity and freedom to test, fail, and scale ideas daily Work setup - We work in person from District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. - We used to go seven days a week.
