職務概要
As a UA Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing user acquisition strategies to drive growth for our mobile games. Your role involves managing performance marketing campaigns across various channels, analyzing data, and continuously improving acquisition funnels to ensure scalable and cost-effective user growth. Key Tasks: ● Plan and manage paid UA campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, Unity Ads, and other ad networks; ● Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, retention, and LTV; propose optimization actions based on insights; ● Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad creatives; conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness; ● Work closely with product teams to understand game performance and align UA strategies with business goals.
必要なスキルと経験
● At least 2 years of experience in mobile performance marketing or UA for games; ● Proven track record of managing UA campaigns from soft launch to full release and throughout the entire lifecycle of a product; ● Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) is a must; ● Creativity in proposing new ad concepts and ability to evaluate creative performance; ● Basic knowledge of ASO including keyword strategy, metadata testing, and store asset optimization; ● Proficiency in using paid ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mintergral, etc.). ● Familiarity with UA KPIs: CPI, ROAS, RR, LTV, CTR, … ● Good English communication skills; ● Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about mobile games and growth marketing; ● Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
