5+ years as a Business Analyst in fintech, e-commerce, or related domains Strong skills in SQL, data analysis, and Google Sheets Able to write use cases, mockups, and system specs (SRS) Experience with Agile teams Proficient in Figma, Visio (or similar tools) Worked in multi-functional Agile environments Good research and communication skills in English.
