ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution. - Support to manage project scope and timelines. Implement any necessary processes and procedures. - Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables. - Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure input products meet desired quality and are delivered within deadlines. - Work with other internal departments such as Strategic Planning/ Digital Media/ Creative/ Social to streamline processes and improve efficiency. - Administrative tasks under the line manager's direction: setting up meetings, checking, records, contracts, paperwork, etc. - Prepare reports for the client and internal team
- 1-2 years working in Creative Agency as an Account Executive or relevant positions and want to improve your skill in these fields. - Must be highly detail-oriented and experienced in running to a project schedule. -Good client service skills - Good at English - Good presentation and proposal development skills - Ability to move from analysis to concept and persuasively introduce new ideas - Understanding of deadlines, budget management and deliverables - Flexible thinking and open minded - Good at both of working in team and individually
