Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day finance, accounting, administration, payroll, treasury, and tax activities for Vietnam. • Ensure compliance with all governmental and local requirements. • Review internal financial and business controls to safeguard company assets and ensure reliability of accounting data. • Provide financial and accounting guidance to business partners when necessary. • Continuously review and improve country-level processes for higher efficiency. • Direct, plan, coordinate, and control activities including: • Accounting, Audit, Payroll • Balance Sheet Reconciliations • Budgets and Financial Reporting • Administration, Statutory Reporting • Cash Forecasting, Tax Compilation & Reporting • Corporate Compliance, Internal Controls • Accounts Payable and Payroll Processing • Ensure internal controls are effective and adapt to changing business environments and processes. • Monitor controls efficiently to safeguard assets and ensure data reliability. • Standardize business processes across all countries. • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures in collaboration with business partners.
• Bachelor’s degree. • Chief Accountant Certificate. • ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA certification. • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a Finance Manager, Chief Accountant, or similar supervisory role. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong analytical skills. • Cultural sensitivity. • Proven customer focus. • Willingness to travel as required. • In-depth knowledge of local tax laws and regulations. • Broad understanding of international operations, policies, and procedures. • Legally authorized to work in Vietnam without sponsorship. • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken). • Successful interview completion. • Reliable and punctual attendance.
