1. Strategic Leadership - Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation. - Partner with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively. 2. Product Development Management - Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization. - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. - Ensure rigorous testing, validation, and customer feedback integration during product development. 3. Team Leadership and Development - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product development team. - Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Set clear KPI goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and support. 4.
