Operations Customer Service Hospitality Management
- Customer Service: Reception, Check-In, Escort Guests to Their Room, Check-Out, Proactively Providing Information, Responding to Inquiries, Emergencies Handling and Reporting, Claim Handling. - Facility Cleaning: Maintaining Orderliness and Cleanliness of Front Desk, Lobby, Public Areas, and Guest Rooms, Supporting, Routine Inspection - Achieving Sales Targets - Compiling and Preparing In-house Meeting Reports and Meeting Materials - Stock management: ensuring accurate stocktaking and maintaining safe inventory levels at all times - Activity Planning, Application, Execution, Close and Announcement: Tours and Events - Facility: Inspection, Maintenance, Upkeep, and Repairs - Control Costs According to Each Store - Management of the accounting and financial statements, collation, and preparation of documents for the operation of the Store - Ensure Implementation of Strore`s Each Standards by Partners , and Report Deficiencies to the Manager - Implementation of Related Plans for Quality Improvement - Assist with Procurement Inquiries, Comparisons, Price Negotiations, Procurement Applications, Inspections, and Payment Applications - Regular and Irregular Reporting - Communication, Coordination, and Reporting with other Departments and Branches - Other Assigned Tasks
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English, other languages (Mandarin, Japanese) are a great advantage Educational Background and Work Experience - Educational Background: Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or Higher - Work experience: Management in the Service Industry and Customer Service Experience - Proficient in operating systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and accounting systems - Handle Customer Service Related Matters. - Good Communication Skills to Handle Customer and Partner Feedback and Resolve Disputes
