- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis across the bank, evaluating business performance from multiple management perspectives to support strategic decision-making. - Develop and prepare the bank’s capital planning, ensuring alignment with business orientation and growth objectives. - Implement capital allocation plans, and perform effectiveness assessments of capital utilization across business units and functions. - Support the preparation of financial analysis materials for EXCO meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data. - Perform industry analysis and benchmarking, comparing the bank’s key performance indicators (KPIs) with competitors to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
1. Professional Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, Business Administration, or Banking & Finance. - Preference given to candidates holding professional certifications such as CMA, CFA, FRM, or ACCA. - Solid understanding of financial management, banking accounting principles, reporting standards, and relevant banking regulations. - English proficiency: TOEIC score or equivalent certification above 500. - Graduated with excellent academic performance from recognized universities within the last 3 years (from 2022 onward). 2. Preferred Experience: 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis or business performance monitoring within the banking sector.
