Job Description: We are looking for a passionate social media operations specialist with a deep knowledge of the beauty market in Vietnam. You will be the "voice" and "face" of our brand on social media, with full responsibility for multi-platform operations including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Zalo. Your core mission is to increase brand awareness through creative content and targeted advertising, build deep connections with consumers, and deliver high-quality sales leads to our private retail network. Main duties: 1. Social Media Content Management & Operations: · Responsible for daily content planning, editing, publishing and engagement management across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Zalo). · Write a copy that appeals, fits the tone of your brand and is good at using online buzzwords to ensure that the content is new, interesting and easy to spread. · Work closely with the design team to give clear design instructions and jointly produce high quality images, videos and other visual materials. · Monitor social media trends, user feedback and competition dynamics to adjust content strategy in a timely manner. 2. Facebook Advertising and Live Planning: · Independently responsible for the delivery and management of Facebook ads, including brand campaigns, message interactions and purchase conversions. · Plan and execute a giveaway campaign on the home page to grow fans, enhance interactions, and gather information about potential customers. · Through data analysis, we continuously optimize our advertising placement strategy, strictly control our budget, and strive for the highest return on investment. 3. Sales lead mining and collaboration: · Bring accurate, effective and high conversion potential retail leads to private retail teams through Facebook social media campaigns and advertising. · Establish and maintain a lead management and distribution process to ensure leads are followed up in a timely and effective manner.
· Nationality and experience: Vietnamese. More than 1 year experience in social media operations in beauty, skincare or related industries. · Platform skills: Proficient in the rules and techniques of operating Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Zalo. · Industry insight: Having a strong interest in the beauty and skincare industry, a deep understanding of the preferences, pain points and purchasing behavior of Vietnamese. It can sharply capture the latest industry trends, ingredients and product hot spots. · Content creation: Excellent content planning and copywriting skills, fluent writing, good use of currently popular online terms and emoticons, and seamless communication with young user groups. · Collaboration and communication: Have a good team spirit and can communicate ideas and needs to the design team clearly and efficiently. · Data-driven: Having basic data analysis capabilities, you can optimize social media content and advertising effectiveness in a data-driven way. · Personal attributes: Be proactive, creative, attentive to detail, and able to take on multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Salary range: 12 - 14million VND / month (before tax, negotiable on demand) - Social insurance based on full salary
