職務概要
● Specify, design, implement, and evolve our testing processes and execution, together with the team. ● Define, develop and execute Test Plans and Test Cases based on requirements. ● Conduct usability testing to evaluate user experience and provide feedback for improvements. ● Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects. ● Identify, report, and track bugs and their solutions. ● Write Test Reports. ● Communicating with Project Manager and customers on requirements and test results. ● Work closely with the Developers for improving the developed software applications. ● Research about latest test techniques/tools and verify usability for our projects. ● Mentor junior test engineers.
必要なスキルと経験
● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. ● At least 4 years of software testing experience ● Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports. ● Experience with various types of testing like Regression testing, Usability testing, API testing, Performance testing, Security testing ● Knowledge about the software development process. ● Attention to detail and precision in testing. ● Able to communicate in English ● Nice to have: Experience in Automation Testing.
