職務概要

We’re building LLM-driven agents on top of our data fabric for retrieval, reasoning, and workflow automation. This role spans backend orchestration, frontend UIs, and production deployment of agent pipelines. The Senior Fullstack Developer will be responsible for the following: - Implement agents using LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, integrated with backend APIs. - Orchestrate workflows with Flowise/n8n + Temporal. - Build full-stack features: React UIs for agent interaction, backend APIs for retrieval + reasoning. - Integrate with vector search (pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate) for RAG. - Implement evaluation + monitoring pipelines for agents (LangSmith). - Optimize prompts for reproducible, explainable outputs. Optional experience - Prior work deploying production-grade AI agents. - Orchestration with Temporal, workflow UIs (React Flow, Node-RED). - Backend: Go, Python, or Node for API and orchestration layers. - CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration on agent logic. - Knowledge of retrieval policies, embeddings, and prompt evaluation frameworks. - Integrating agents into compliance-heavy environments (audit, lineage, logging).

必要なスキルと経験

- 5+ years full-stack development, with LLM/AI exposure. - Ability to prototype rapidly while engineering for reliability. - Comfortable across Go, Python, Node, React. - Solid grasp of distributed systems + dataflow orchestration. - Good English Communication Skills
