Negotiation Communications Project Management
- Conduct project management activities, from creating targets for new initiatives, to tracking its success, and communicating with a wide range of internal stakeholders. - Perform competitor research to suggest improvements for sellers and buyers experience. - Apply qualitative research and quantitative analysis to understand and improve current business processes. - Work together with multiple stakeholders to roll out projects. - Develop KPIs for the team and subsequently review/track these KPIs. - Analyze data and generate insights to inform new initiatives. - Conduct meetings with all senior stakeholders and team members, Mentor and influence team members.
- 2-5 years experience in analytical role/stakeholder management - Very strong analytical skills and being a proactive initiator - Good communication skills in English - Proficiency in Excel - Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation - Strong stakeholder management skills - Good team player with can-do attitude - Passion to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
