We’re excited to see what you’ll bring to our table. Role You will oversee the production of events, shootings, courses, and interviews. Taking the lead on all assigned videos, photoshoots, digital, and integrated productions, you'll guide them from the initial briefing to the final wrap of the job. Additionally, you'll assist in managing potential expert partners to develop courses and content for our academy platform. Responsibilities: ● Produce high-quality video content aligned with the company’s branding: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify video needs and ensure alignment with branding guidelines. ● Organize and produce events, shootings, and interviews, ensuring seamless execution from pre-production to post-production phases: Create comprehensive project plans outlining all stages of production, including concept development, location scouting, casting, scheduling, and equipment rental. Supervise production crews to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution. ● Develop and maintain video production and event schedules, budgets, and timelines: Establish clear production schedules and budgets for each project. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and budgets as necessary. ● Stay abreast of the latest video production techniques and event trends, integrating them to create innovative, engaging content and great experiences.
必要なスキルと経験
● A bachelor's degree in film, video production, events management, or a closely related field is required. ● 1+ year of proven experience in video or media production (including tools + in’s and out’s prod culture) ● Prior experience in event management is a must (better if the person has worked with influencers, prominent figures; big networks) ● Prior experience working at startups or willing to work with startups. ● Highly skilled, reliable, go-getter, traveling lover and team player ● Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production. ● Strong understanding of video and audio production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound recording equipment. ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple video projects and events simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. ● Creative filmmaking and videography experience, coupled with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into compelling visual content. ● Solid understanding of project scope and implementation, with excellent communication skills to effectively convey project requirements and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
