Finance / Accounting Management Business Development Investment Research Planning Finance
- Lead the Finance and Accounting Division. - Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure. - Coordinate, analyze, and report financial performance to the CEO and Board of Directors, including preparation of financial statements, projections, management reports (KPIs), loan reports, tax reports, and audit reports. - Collaborate with CFOs of portfolio companies or serve as interim or permanent CFO for selected firms. - Conduct financial due diligence on potential venture capital investments and prospective limited partners. - Coordinate and submit annual financial projections and prepare short- and long-term forecasts for internal and external stakeholders. - Responsible for project-related business model valuations and analytics, including analysis of OPEX and CAPEX and preparation of business cases (NPV, ROI analysis). - Initiate and maintain relationships with business partners, including government entities, investors, and financial institutions. - Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinating with external audit firms and reviewing their performance. - Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures for a diverse range of financial accounting and reporting activities. - Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting.
- Bachelor's degree major in Banking/Accounting/Finance - Professional certification - Experience as CFO in similar-sized companies - International finance experience - Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles - Business acumen, view marketing as a primary lever of value creation. - Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning - Working knowledge of how to raise venture capital outside traditional lines of credit - At least 10 years of working experience in Retail/Media - Entertainment/FMCG with a strong focus on Business Development, Investment Management. - Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity - Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
