職務概要

1. Accounting & Compliance: • Oversee and ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in compliance with VAS/IFRS and group accounting policies • Prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies • Maintain general ledger accuracy and manage account reconciliations, accruals, and provisions 2. Tax & Regulatory: • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT) • Coordinate with local tax team and external tax advisor to prepare and submit all required tax filings and handle tax inspections and audits • Coordinate with external tax advisors to manage risk and optimize tax planning 3. Controlling & Business Support: • Support FP&A in budget control, revenue, variance analysis, and cost monitoring • Collaborate on financial reporting for internal stakeholders (monthly dashboards, KPIs, cash flow forecasts…) • Provide accounting input to commercial initiatives, product costing, and distributor schemes 4. Governance & Internal Controls: • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOX/internal audit requirements • Lead initiatives for process improvements and system automation where possible 5. Transfer Pricing: • Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation in compliance with Vietnamese TP regulations • Coordinate with regional and global teams to validate intercompany transactions, pricing, and margin compliance
