- Check payment documents, make daily Internet Banking payment orders - Record for payment accounting transactions and enter data into SAP, accounting software. - Collect month end payment documents, make payment orders in INTERNET BANKING - Compare and check between bank statement and SAP, accounting sofware - Manage and store payment documents, contracts and accounting books - Send documents and correspond with payment documents to the Bank, Tax Department, Auditor - Interpretation, translating content at work in Chinese for Accounting Dept - Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
- University graduate majoring in Finance - Accounting/Auditing - Have 2 years of experience in payment position. - Fluent in Chinese for accounting
