• Checking the employee’s profile and archive documentation. • Tracking attendance, annual leave, and payroll. • Counting and paying employees' salaries on time. • Answering questions related to salary and remuneration for employees. • Handling procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and PIT. • Monitor and pay employee benefits. • Participate in the employee evaluation process. • Tracking and drafting labor contracts for employees who have passed the probationary period, renewing the labor contract when it expires. • Organize and monitor the Union’s activities.
• Have experience in the HR - C&B field at least 02 years. • Good understanding of Labor law, Social insurance, and PIT tax. • Good conversational English. • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…). • Careful, adapt quickly, be agile, proactive. • Can move between offices.
• Salary at 100% during the probationary period • Training will be offered • Full working equipment will be provided • 90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance • 12 days of annual leave, 8 days of sick leave • Annual Health Checkup
