Job Overview And Responsibility
Develop and execute User Acquisition (UA) campaigns for apps and games targeting international markets, focusing on mobile platforms (iOS, Android). Manage advertising budgets and optimize costs to ensure the highest efficiency (CPA, ROI, ROAS). Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Content, Design) to create UA strategies tailored to different markets and user segments. Utilize analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) to measure campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and make necessary adjustments. Identify and expand new advertising channels, including Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other advertising networks (DSP, Programmatic). Conduct A/B testing on ad campaigns to optimize content and ad formats. Research and analyze competitors in the game and app industry, providing effective competitive strategies. Regularly report on UA campaign performance and propose improvement plans.
Required Skills and Experience
At least 01 years of experience in User Acquisition Marketing, especially in the international game or app industry. Deep understanding of the game market and global online advertising platforms. Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Adjust. Experience working with multiple advertising channels, including Facebook, Google, Apple Search Ads, and mobile ad networks. Ability to manage and optimize large advertising budgets. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to work with international clients and partners, and understand foreign user cultures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
