Communications Marketing Strategy Analytical
- Event & Experiential Marketing: Build the new user acquisition ecosystem by organizing or supporting brand events, pre-natal workshops, etc to provide direct interaction with the brand. - In-Store Activation: Developing and implementing new user acquisition programs, visual merchandising, and staff training in local Mom and Baby chains. - Digital Activation: Executing social commerce initiatives for local Mom & Baby (e.g., supporting live streams on TikTok Shop, Facebook Live, etc), running digital contests, and interactive campaigns to drive immediate engagement and purchase. - Collaboration: Working closely with the CCD and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of new user acquisition activities. - Feedback & Optimization: Collecting real-time feedback from acquisition activities, analyzing their impact on immediate sales or engagement, and making quick adjustments. - Compliance: Ensuring all programs, especially those involving sampling or direct consumer interaction, strictly adhere to the WHO Code, Marketing in IFT for FrieslandCampina, and local regulations in Vietnam.
- Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field Experience: - Strong customer relatonship management to directly work and manage execution in each chain - Well planning skill to manage multi-activities happen at the same time across 14 chains - Strong can-do attitude, willing to test & learn for the continuous improvement - Willing for business trip Nationwide even in the weekend (with compensation after that)
