Operations Manager

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, HR, Legal Studies, or a related field. - 7 plus years experience in business operations, program management, chief of staff support, or operations leadership in fast paced environments. Startup experience in biotech, AI, or tech services preferred. - Proven ability to run cross functional execution across commercial and technical teams, with strong stakeholder management and disciplined follow up. - Strong operations toolkit across budgeting, expense control, vendor management, procurement, reporting hygiene, and familiarity with contract workflows NDA, MSA, SOW, invoicing readiness. - Strong writing and documentation discipline. Ability to build SOPs, approval flows, KPI trackers, decision logs, operating reviews. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors. - High ownership mindset with strong prioritization under ambiguity. Ability to work with minimal supervision. - Professional fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. - The "Startup" DNA: Proven track record in a startup or scale-up environment where resources are lean and speed is critical. - Detail-Oriented & Hands-on: A "no task is too small" attitude. You are comfortable managing high-level strategy one hour and fixing a process bottleneck or administrative detail the next. - Resourcefulness: Ability to create order out of ambiguity and build functional systems where none previously existed.
