Job Overview And Responsibility

- To contact Line to get vessel details, Ship’s particulars, schedule to register for port call. - To contact Master to get necessary documents / information for vessel clearance with Port Authority / Customs / Immigration / Quarantine… - To contact Pilots / tug boat company / terminal to arrange berthing schedule for each call. - To follow up / update moments of vessel during time vessel call. - To coordinate with concerned parties to settle problem if any relating to vessel operations (change schedule / delay / accident…). - To get arrival cargo information (EDI / bay plan…) from Line or last port Agent. - To distribute information to concerned party (discharge list / bay plan / cargo remains on board / special note if any…). - To get and sending full details documents (discharge list / loading list / bay plan …) to terminal and concerned parties for clearance and cargo operations. - To coordinate with Line / Master / Chief Officer / terminal. - To assist Manager for Logistic work in HPH AND HCM (such as MNR, release equipment, empty repo...ect)
