Manager Training Consultant
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth front-of-house performance - Plan shift schedules, allocate staff appropriately, and keep the team running efficiently - Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and service speed - Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care - Lead, train, and develop a team of 3 - 4 staff (1 full-time, 2–3 part-time members) - Build team spirit and a strong service culture from the very first day of opening - Act as the bridge between the founder and the on-ground operations team
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a Japanese restaurant or international environment - Previous experience as Shift Leader, Floor Manager, or Restaurant Manager - No age restriction - Japanese: required (direct communication with the founder) - English: basic communication
- You will be the first to shape the operational culture of a brand-new restaurant concept - You will have a real say in building and refining the menu based on Vietnamese food trends - International environment - working directly with a Japanese founder, communicating in Japanese or English - The restaurant opens within the next month - this is your chance to leave a mark from day one - Salary: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND gross, negotiable based on experience - Shift hours: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM the following morning (9 hours including 1 hour break) - One day off per week - International working environment with direct exposure to Japanese management style - Real ownership — your input shapes the menu, the team, and the culture from day one
