Edupia is one of the fastest growing and most ambitious VC/PE-backed ed-tech company in Vietnam with the ambition to bridge the education gap among K12 students in rural and urban areas across Southeast Asia. The company is looking for a highly driven Head of Data Analytics based in Hanoi. The candidate will be responsible for leading our efforts to prioritize, curate, and provide access to impactful insights from unlocking the inherent value in our data. This role will collaborate closely across business lines and functional areas to create our data and analytics strategy and lead the execution. - Guide the future direction of data strategy and processes, including intake, sources, database design and structure, data integrity and database tools. - Transform data and information into insights that inform high-level strategy and tactical decision-making in support of revenue and profitability objectives. - Be a champion for a data driven culture, lead a team of cross-functional analysts and support and train staff in data systems and reporting. - Develop and maintain a reporting system by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets. - Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure information needs are formalized and understood and be conversant in the functional requirements for information exchange. - Oversee internal and external application/tool development, integration and support. Where required, supervise and evaluate external consultants. - Implementing business intelligence and analytics solutions and gaining support of multiple stakeholders. - Implementing formal data governance approach and increasing the maturity of the enterprise data capability and environment. - Build forecasts using historic trends plus commercial input from business functions. Perform the monthly analysis and discuss the forecast with the related budget owners. Control the monthly spending versus the expected forecast
