Time Management
- Develop and implement digital media plans that address clients' unique challenges and objectives - Create and manage quarterly and annual media plans, including budget allocation and daily task planning, to ensure timely delivery and acceptable results - Execute and oversee day-to-day operations of search, social, and display advertising campaigns, working closely with your Line Manager - Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against established goals such as CPL, CPO, ROAS, and CAC - Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance, continuously improving campaign effectiveness - Generate comprehensive campaign reports to extract valuable learnings and insights for future projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and campaign optimization - Proven proficiency in using marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics - Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
