Consulting work (with on-the-job training) - Work with corporate/SME clients & other vendors to collect business objectives, evaluate business model, org structure, working/reporting process, technical software systems, and business operation & financial data. - Lead discussions with technical team members to find solutions for technical issues. - Conduct research for solutions, software tools, service vendors based on the project's needs. - Write SQL code to quick-fix minor project issues (training provided). - Design and implement automated dashboards & reports with Holistics / Data Studio (training provided). Management work (for Senior role) - Understand company internal working frameworks (Data Frameworks, Project Processing Frameworks). - Training junior teammates via daily hands-on tasks. - Contribute to improvement of company's working process by writing training documents. - Monitor & track team's tasks. Maintain progress tracking at all times to ensure project objectives, deliverables and implementation are relevant.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
Business/Data Analyst experience - Familiar working with BI tools (PowerBI/Qlik/Tableau/Domo/Holistics...) and working as analyst role in data projects or in analytics field for 3 years for senior role. - At least 1 year experience working in tech company or platform business. Ex: Food Delivery App , Ride-hailing App, E-commerce...etc. - Experience working as Project Manager / Account Manager role is required for senior role. Culture Fit - Quick adapt, and fast learner, independent. - Passionate to work with data, spreadsheets, formulas. - Growth mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset. - Organized, and thorough. - Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and objective-driven environment. Education & Soft skills - Good in English, Maths, and logical thinking. - Good computer skills for remote online work: MS Office, Google Spreadsheets, Slides, online communication tools (Slack, Notion, Zoom). - Good business sense.
