Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: o Assist experienced team members in identifying and generating leads through various channels, including business matching events, social media marketing, and business directories. o Conduct research to gain a basic understanding of customer needs and industry trends in Japan. • Pre-Sales Activities: o Shadow and learn from experienced colleagues during meetings with potential customers. o Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and product demonstrations. o Coordinating with technical team to answer technical inquiries under the guidance of senior team members. • Sales Activities: o Observe and learn from experienced colleagues to handle sales negotiations. o Assist in preparing proposals and contracts. o Build relationships with existing and potential customers under close supervision. • Learning & Development: o Actively participate in comprehensive sales and pre-sales training programs. o Shadow and learn from experienced colleagues to gain practical knowledge and skills.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

• Recent college graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role. • Strong interest in technology and a passion for sales. • Good communication and presentation skills in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2 certificate). • Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new challenges. • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
