We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage all aspects of HR while fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - HR Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's objectives. - Conduct organizational audits and assessments to identify HR needs and opportunities for improvement. - Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: - Design and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews. - Onboarding and Integration: - Develop and manage an effective onboarding program to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company. - Coordinate training sessions and ensure new employees understand company policies and procedures. - Performance Management: - Implement and oversee performance management systems to track and enhance employee performance. - Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting performance goals. - Employee Engagement and Retention: - Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. - Create and manage employee recognition programs and activities. - Career Development and Promotion: - Design and implement career development programs to support employee growth. - Establish clear criteria and processes for promotions and career advancement. - Offboarding and Transition Management: - Manage the offboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for departing employees. - Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention strategies. - Employer Branding: - Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent. - Leverage social media and other platforms to enhance the company’s presence in the job market. - Campus Recruitment Programs: - Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions for campus recruitment. - Develop internship and co-op programs to build a pipeline of future talent.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). - 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role. - Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
