Recruitery is Vietnam’s leading talent referral-based platform for employers that are proactive about approaching the best talent through referrals. Recruitery allows companies to unleash the power of networks through one single platform. Over 1000 companies use Recruitery to assist their talent acquisition efforts. Over 20,000 headhunters have registered on the platform. In order for us to continue providing the best experience for our ever-growing user and customer base, we are looking for a Customer Success who helps us take good care of companies and recruiters/headhunters. - Keep employers informed at all times and provide answers to any questions regarding Recruitery. Helping collaboration between employers and recruiters/headhunters to achieve placements. - Work with employers to understand their recruiting demand. - Responsible for customer satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships of trust with employers and recruiters/headhunters through open and interactive communication. - Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file legal documents - Go the extra mile to engage customers during the use of Recruitery platform - Remind employers of updating interview results and consult them to help attract more referrals - Receive and resolve inquiries from recruiters/headhunters - Support candidates referred from Recruitery during the interview process until the end of their probation - Support in screening and assessing candidates’ capacity (especially for IT candidates)

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Age: From 1999 or younger - Bachelor in Humane Resources, Business Administration, … or related fields - At least 1 year of related working experience, with experience in technology startups - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite - Able to communicate with clients in English (speaking & writing) - Able to keep track of the Customer Service requests. - Great communication and documentation skills required - Have laptop for working. PERSONAL QUALITIES: - Teamwork eagerness. - Good communication both inside and outside the team. - Responsibility, self-motivation, independence. - Ability to meet goals on time with less supervision - Ability to work under pressure - Be comfortable wearing many hats as we adapt to meet our audience’s needs - Startup mentality: self-starter, proactive, flexible. - Customer-centric mindset and lean approach will be highly valuable.

Hi admin, Cho mình hỏi chút là yêu cầu độ tuổi là từ 98 hoặc trẻ hơn là bắt buộc đúng không bạn?

Yêu cầu từ 1998 hoặc trẻ hơn bạn nhé

Bữa trước mình có hỏi thì phải từ 94 nay đã đổi lại 92 đổ lai, và kinh nghiệm thì 2 năm hoặc fresher tương đương, giờ thì lại đổi , làm mình cancel nhiều ứng viên, với tiêu chuẩn cho ứng viên mình thấy thay đổi liên tục thì bộ phận head như mình cứ bị xoay vòng .

Chào bạn, sau một thời gian tuyển dụng thì bên mình dựa vào nhu cầu và tình hình thực tế mà tiêu chí ban đầu không còn phù hợp nữa. Nên team phải chỉnh sửa JD cho các bạn headhunt tìm đúng hơn, bạn thông cảm nè. HR nội bộ cũng thay đổi tiêu chí search như các bạn luôn đó.

Yup. Recruitment background is a must. HR experience is preferable and good fit if be strong at recruitment (recruitment is one of many functions in HR field)

Về độ tuổi thì bắt buộc dưới 94 phải không ạ , có châm trước 1 -2 tuổi không ạ ?

Đổ tuổi này sẽ hợp với team mình hơn nè. Và phù hợp về cả mức lương và những yêu cầu mà bên mình mong muốn nên bạn tìm ứng viên nhỏ hơn 94 giới thiệu cho tụi mình nha.
