• Solid 7+ years of experience in the leading engineering team and people management • Background in fintech, startup, or SaaS companies • Proven achievements in high scaled fintech, SaaS or tech startups • Have been CTO ( or at least SVP of Engineering) • Experience in big tech companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Google,... or similar business models like AwanTunai • Expert with Java & React • Significant experience in developing and deploying large-scale, highly available web and mobile applications. • Experience working in a regional organization with offices across different countries and cultures and facilitating collaboration across these different teams • Proven experience as an SVP/CTO or similar senior leadership role. • Exceptional strategic, technical, analytical and critical thinking with good business sense and a strong ability to make good decisions, take actions, and make things happen • A degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or similar.
