Job Overview And Responsibility

JOB PURPOSE: Manage and develop the company’s existing dealer network to achieve sales targets and execute sales policies. Implement sales promotion programs and customer care activities for the dealer channel in line with the company’s direction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Dealer Relationship Management - Maintain and manage assigned dealer accounts: receive orders, monitor delivery status, and respond to related issues. - Implement sales programs, promotions, and pricing policies according to the company’s schedule. - Track sales performance, reconcile actual figures, and report results periodically to management. - Support dealers in placing suitable orders and handle arising issues related to delivery, debts, and inventory. - Ensure achievement of sales targets, SKU coverage, and assigned KPIs. - Collect and report market and competitor information as required by the manager. 2. Product Image and Merchandising Compliance - Ensure products are displayed in accordance with the company’s brand identity standards at points of sale. - Check POSM materials, promotional items, and periodically monitor inventory and product expiry dates. - Gather and report market and competitor insights as requested. 3. Reporting and Coordination - Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, including sales revenue, inventory, and program execution results. - Attend all company meetings, training sessions, and experience-sharing activities. - Monitor KPIs, inventory, revenue, and merchandising status of retailers in assigned areas. Analyze performance and propose recommendations to optimize business operations.

Required Skills and Experience

- College/University degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, or related fields. - At least 2 year of experience in a similar position, preferably working with dealer or distributor networks. - Able to open new sales channels - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with small retailers. - Ability to build strong relationships; dynamic, honest, independent, and able to work under sales pressure. - Proficient in Excel;
