Company Overview Eureka Robotics was founded in 2019 by two young Vietnamese entrepreneurs, a roboticist, holds a PhD in Robotics from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. His co-founder, is a mechanical engineer who previously worked at a Singapore-based startup that designed and manufactured 3D printers - also a PhD from NTU. As a member of the Eureka Robotics Product team, you shall be responsible for owning and creating a best-in-class User Experience for our products by architecting and refining the design process and working very closely with the Product and Engineering teams for building, executing, training on our software applications suite to improve the customer experience and satisfaction. You will be part of revolutionizing the High Accuracy - High Agility robotic automation space. In addition to understanding the requirements in regular project enhancements, you will create new cool products, apps, and services to enhance the User Experience. You will equip the users with metrics and methods to measure and improve usability and productivity. The candidate is identified as an experienced UI/UX designer and comes with a strong domain understanding and a proven track record. He/she would be highly motivated and a self-starter and able to deep-dive into technology aspects. The candidate would be based out of Hanoi, Vietnam and be willing to travel locally and internationally and be flexible to work across international time zones. Job responsibilities - As a user evangelist, communicate the user needs and expectations - be the voice of the customer. Perform in-depth persona research and outcomes mapping. - Understand product requirements and user challenges, visually create/depict happy and exceptional scenarios. Create wireframes to showcase the complex user flows and develop the final visual design. - Plan and execute project milestones independently and delivering solutions in time-challenged committed timeframes - Showcase and deliver designs to internal teams and customers/partners. Collate feedback and drive design improvements. - Perform time-motion studies to understand and influence user behaviour
