You will join projects of our partner - GoodData Analytics Platform (www.gooddata.com). This cloud-based large-scale analytics solution involves upto 30TB of data daily analyzed by over 1 millions users with 4 data centers located in US/EU/CA. More than 50% of Fortune 500 companies across every industry use GoodData. Core Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the technical leadership of a development team focused on frontend (JavaScript React) or backend (Java). ● Drive the preparation of the high-level technical design artifacts for product milestones. Work with the community of developers on analyzing the big and hard problems/ topics. ● Join follow-up investigation of technical tasks with your team (troubleshooting, issue investigations). ● Closely cooperate with the rest of the engineering and product management in Europe.

About you: ● A leader who can lead and motivate teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills. ● Love guiding and mentoring engineers along their career path -- whether they are a seasoned veteran or a recent college graduate. ● Open minded, transparent, be able to show compassion and adaptable. Required Qualifications: ● 5+ years of experience in the technical leading of dev teams; 10+ years overall experience in software development. ● Solid development experience in frontend (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) or backend (Java) and willing to learn other programming languages. ● Working proficiency in English. Communication: speak and understand English well. Advantage Qualifications: ● Experience in REST API design, distributed systems, enterprise application, cloud based solutions. ● Experience with CI/CD Jenkins, Docker containers and GIT. ● Hand-on experience in relational database design, transactional SQL and DBMS (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL or Vertica).

Hi team LHV, mình có giới thiệu UV thì được feedback là công ty yêu cầu có 1 ngày trong tuần phải trực 24/24 có sự cố thì xử lý ngay. Việc khối lượng công việc nhiều như vậy mà range lương theo cá nhân mình thấy không hấp dẫn lắm. Theo mình LHV nên cân nhắc lại range lương cho tương ứng với công việc.

Hi team LHV, mình có làm việc với vài uv để giới thiệu về vị trí Technical Manager thì nhìu uv feedback range lương với vị trí này không hấp dẫn so với mặt bằng chung thi trường, đặc biệt với tính chất công việc và yêu cầu kinh nghiệm rồi khả năng gắn bó 3 năm ở mỗi cty từ phía LHV. Với vi trí Technical Manager vừa lead team, vừa quản lí, vừa lo phần coding, vừa giỏi Tiếng Anh thì lương trên ko cao. Mình nghĩ ko dễ tìm uv phù hợp với yêu càu trên đâu.Nên bên LHV có thể xem xét, cân nhắc lại mức lương, hoặc yêu cầu công việc ko ạ ? Mình cám ơn.
