To be perfectly sure, here is all the information you need! • Work with hiring managers/clients/CX to understand recruitment needs, update JDs and propose suitable solutions under specific timelines. • Work with Recruitery's users (recruiters/ headhunters) to help clients source talents. • You will continue to advise/be partnering with recruiters/headhunters to find the ideal candidates for our clients, e.g., SEA GROUP, KMS, VNG, Vingroup, global clients, etc. • Use your experience and expertise to help freelance headhunters on Recruitery conduct tailored and detailed searches on several different platforms. • Expand on your already extensive network, continuing to build partnerships and relationships at all levels of headhunters. • Manage candidate networks, build trust, and maintain a good rapport with candidates. • Organize and host multiple external offline events that attract recruiters/headhunters. • Take new users under your wing to train and develop while ensuring their spirits are high and you are on hand to nurture them if necessary. • Conduct English tests with candidates and facilitate interviews with clients/hiring managers. • Provide continuous support and guidance to less experienced colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

• 1-3 years of experience in the IT field, including at least 1-year experience in the same role and level. • Experience in executive search firms or fast-growing tech startup companies (a big plus). • Ability to communicate in English fluently (required). • A high-performance record and a valuable industry network. • Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Be results-oriented, self-motivated, self-confident, self-disciplined, and a self-starter. • Be happy to coach, mentor, and train less experienced colleagues.
