You will be joining a hand-picked team developing a multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform for sales enablement. The platform runs on AWS infrastructure. It has web, iOS, Android clients; and integrates with many other platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, GoodData, Tableau). Our platform has been helping hundreds of top companies all over the world increase their sales productivity and revenue multiple times. And it is growing rapidly. Would you like to help us with this challenge? ● Participating in product development. Working with product managers and designers to define software solutions that will satisfy customers’ needs. ● Responsible for estimating, planning and implementing chosen solutions. ● Ensuring and improving the quality and performance of the product by applying unit tests, following best design practices and coding standards. ● Helping less senior team members develop their technical competences by mentoring and reviewing their work.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
● At least 4 years of experience developing web applications and REST APIs with Ruby on Rails framework. ● Excellent English speaking/listening/reading/writing skills ● Deep knowledge and efficient use of Ruby on Rails framework, Ruby language, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 ● Solid experience in designing database schema and optimizing query performance ● Ability to provide sustainable and scalable solutions that support business processes, interpreting business requirements into technical architecture and models. ● Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and concepts of MVC, ORM, and RESTful. ● Proficient in using command-line tools like Git, Bash, etc. ● Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code
