We’re seeking a full stack developer who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. This person will have complete, end-to-end responsibilities of projects. The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, microservices patterns, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. The full stack developer will join a software development team that uses new technologies to solve challenges for both the front-end and back-end architecture, ultimately delivering amazing experiences for global users and high-quality software outputs. Cloud transformation and AI/ML foundation knowledge would be highly recommended. Core Responsibilities: Spend 100% efforts for joining software development activities. Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth. Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements. Assume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deployment Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design. Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities. Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment. Work with Architect, DevOps and development teams to provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale. Work primarily in .Net, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript Develop/propose technical materials and processes Recommend new tools, techniques, methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality Engage with designers and front-end engineers and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs Collaborate across time zones via Teams, SharePoint, Azure Board, Git comments, documents, and attend frequent video conferences. Join team training and upskilling programs, and technical sharing sessions Functional Responsibilities: Respond appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures. Working with an Agile SDLC using SAFe/Scrum, TDD/BDD, Git, Azure DevOps, etc. Join scrum teams for resolution of technical issues and development of the products. Schedule: Monday to Friday
