- Researching features, technical factors, relevance of IT solution to the market in the security field (IBM, TrendMicro, McAfee, Symantec, Sailpoint, ..) - Understanding customer needs, surveying, working with suppliers /vendors, - Writting proposals for selected products, technical solutions, demo, PoC, statement of meeting bid documents - Researching trends, proactively propose solutions to customers. - Listing detailed configuration of quotation service (BoM) - Updating information on new product training for related departments. - Participating in internal/external training programs that obtain international security certificates at the request of the Company - Coordinating with the business department to consult solutions for customers - Report manager issues related to the project, contract, daily works of Solution department.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- IT/Telecom University degree or equivalent. - At least 03 years of experience in consulting/deploying security solutions - Good knowledge of system (Linux, Window, virtualization), network (routing, switching, ...) - Experience of deploying security solutions is a plus. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Good English skills, minimum TOEIC 600
