Sales Business Development Sales Manager
• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals. • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management. • Interview and hire sales reps: Manage the recruitment process for new sales team members. • Lead the team to achieve KPI: Ensure the sales team meets their targets and key performance indicators. • Visit clinics on a daily basis: Maintain a presence in the field to support and drive sales. • Team support: Provide continuous support and guidance to the sales team. • Team training: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge. • Review sales reports: Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide feedback. • Summary and make a report to HQ: Prepare comprehensive reports for headquarters, summarizing sales activities and results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • At least 2+ of experience in Sales Manager roles • Extensive experience in sales and team management. • Fluent English Communication • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
