- At least 3 years of working experience managing a team to build and deliver multiple successful products - Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle - Proven ability to develop and prioritise product strategies by incorporating requirements from multiple business functions like sales, marketing, ops etc - Good understanding of tech/business latest trends in especially in AI, ML and Online merges with offline (OMO) - Data driven approach for continuous improvement - Experience working on fast-growing network-effect products is preferred - Strong understanding about relationships with marketing, sales and technology - Comfortable and skilled at presenting to audiences of all sizes, from executive meetings, to customer meetings to company presentations.
