At least 2 years of experience with same position Tech stack: PHP, MySQL - Able to systematically develops and validates applications. - Performs simple tests in strict compliance with detailed instructions. - Uses and applies standards to define document structure - Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruptions. Records incidents cataloguing them by symptom and resolution Soft skills - Pre-Intermediate English Reading & Writing - Elementary English Listening & Speaking - Sufficient flexibility and adaptability - You aware of importance of networking for company development - Able to efficiently communicate within company (internal communication) - Able to really listen to a customer, understand emotional states they can be in, and stay calm under pressure. - Able to communicate in a clear, convincing and efficient way and formulate using positive language. - Able and willing to perform the necessary actions to create customer satisfaction - Sufficient time management and Self-management Mindset - Able to review your goals, and make an honest assessment of my progress towards them. - Are able to review what you have learned and to think about what you have done considering also what you have learned about myself, my priorities and goals. - Able to set personal development strategies based on my own attitude and working preferences. - Adapt to new environment, and focused on goal, and changing work place is not strange thing. - Implement Deming circle (PCDA) at work – and accept all changes in action plan. - Have willingness to gain new skills every day at the work place and in private life. - Take ownership of understanding your role, you goals and responsibilities - Able to identify risks and do what needs to be done to mitigate or overcome roadblocks before they impact your work - Able to use this Accountability skillset as often as possible so that others learn to expect it from you and trust you to work in this manner no matter whom you are working with
