● Responsible for strategizing, launching and scaling up business operations in new markets ● Develop Market entry strategy, planning property on board & B2B sales, stabilize and manage P&L for the region ● Building up the team in all 3 domains: Business Development, Operation, B2B sale ● Aligning your team members with overall business objectives ● Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape of the city and seize opportunities to introduce and adapt pricing, promotional offers, discounts, etc. ● Possess a cross-functional approach and Plan and build a short-term and long-term supply for the city in conjunction with the anticipated demand. ● Brand building by creating and executing local marketing strategies to encourage user adoption and penetration of the brand ● Establishes city operations for the start-up phase and oversee the operations until the scaling phase with a long-term view and optimization of cost ● Working closely with the Central team and identifying the Hiring plan ● Must be open to Travel
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
● Well-organized, efficient, self-motivated. ● 5+ years in an operational management role, preferably as Operation Manager or Senior Manager in the hospitality industry. ● Good communication skills and have a good relationship with the hotel group. ● Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization ● Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. ● High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. ● Strong knowledge and established experience in all aspects of operating; experience with setting up hotel system is a plus ● Able to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders, both inside and outside ● Able to balance priorities, resilient ● Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
