Your will coordinate all our operations on marketplaces: online marketing, merchandise assortment, merchandising, promotions and brand maintenance. You will work closely with our Product Managers to manage and oversee the business and you will report to the Product & Supply Chain leader. Marketplace management and performance follow-up - Contributing to the definition of KPIs and customer metrics, together with the Product Manager and the Marketing Manager - Managing the relationship with the PIC from the marketplace: negotiating and planning promotion campaigns and conducting frequent business reviews Overseeing the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions and merchandising - Ensuring correct implementation of all the promotion campaigns - Managing the customer support and overseeing the order process to ensure operations run smoothly - Following-up product price & inventory: benchmark competition products on the marketplace, remove out of stock item or push low rotation products Utilizing marketing content, product data and media to boost traffic on product page and on shop in shop - Maximizing SEO thanks to product description and product data - Encouraging shoppers’ engagement through media and content, together with the Community manager and the marketing team
