The digital marketing executive will design, develop and execute various digital marketing strategies and campaigns together with our global marketing and design teams to successfully introduce and promote our products and build our local user base in Vietnam.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - 1-3 years of experience in managing both organic and paid digital marketing: SEO/SEM, marketing database, e-mail marketing, social media, paid advertizing campaigns - Experience in improving conversion rate, customer growth, social media engagement and ROI through digital marketing - Solid knowledge of website analytical tools (eg. Google Analytics) - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - Strong analytical skills in Google Ads, social media ads, and social tools - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing - Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently in order to communicate with local users, partners and internal teams - Passionate about tech, social media and how customers can get value out of it - Ability to work closely and build influential relationships with cross-functional teams including BD, PR, R&D, Product, Design, Legal, etc and deliver results in such cross-functional/matrixed environment
