- Below 1992 - Bachelor in Humane Resources, Business Administration, … or related fields). - At least 2 years of related working experience (HR generalist role, tech companies, strong: recruiting, engagement,...) - Not hiring the candidate who has solid experience with traditional companies. - Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese) - Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, payroll and human resources software - Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite - Have laptop for working. PERSONAL QUALITIES: - Teamwork eagerness. - Responsibility, self-motivation, independence. - Ability to meet goals on time with less supervision - Ability to work under pressure - Be comfortable wearing many hats as we adapt to meet our audience’s needs - Startup mentality: self-starter, proactive, flexible. - Strong empathy and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
