The Tech Team Leader is a senior developer who can contribute into product development; and play a role of leader in the Vietnam Tech team to help to optimize the team’s performance. Responsibility of Team Leader: - Monitor the working performance and behavior of the team. - Coaching and implement the culture and value to team members. - Motivate the team, enhance team’s performance. For this position, the core duties and responsibilities will be - Setup, develop and integrate CI/CD tools, micro-services, AWS Cloud platform and application security - Appreciate the principles of secure coding, continuous integration and deployment of software and automated monitoring and implement them - Care about high uptime, high security, easy maintenance, flexible and fast deployments and developer experience - Participate in the implementation of DevSecOps practices
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software - Possess strong computer science fundamentals; data structures, algorithms, programming languages, distributed systems and information retrieval - Understanding of MVC design patterns and REST API principles - At least 5 years in Full-stack development experience designing and building web applications and web services - Have good team management skill - Embrace understandable, testable, secure coding with an eye towards maintainability - Strong command in PHP (Laravel), MySQL, Postgres (Databases) - Experience or exposure in development of Large CMS, e-commerce website, payment integration, shipping integration or general API integration with third party services - Experience in debugging and troubleshooting for root causes - Embrace teamwork - Good command in English
